General Terms
- Maximum 4 person capacity and 2 bags for sedan.
- Maximum 7 passenger capacity and 3 bags for SUV.
- Minimum 130kms coverage for one-way trip.
- Minimum 250kms coverage for a round trip.
- No extra charge for tea and food breaks during travel.
- Waiting charges per hour: Sedan - Rs.150 | SUV - Rs. 200 | Innova - Rs.200 | Innova Crysta - Rs.250.
- Luggage load in carrier Rs.400 if mentioned in the quote.
- Toll fees, interstate permits, and hill charges are extra.
- Pet extra charges Rs.3000
Round Trip Conditions
- One-day round trip for Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh: Start at 6 AM, close at 12 PM. Extra driver charges after 12 PM.
- Bangalore minimum distance for round trips is 300kms, Timing: 6 AM to 10 PM. After 10 PM, driver charges double.
- One-day round trip for Kerala: Start at 6 AM, close at 9 PM.
Cancellation and Charges
- Cancellation charges: Rs.500 after driver arrival.
Payment and Fees
- Payment can be made online or in cash.
Miscellaneous
- Note down starting and ending kilometers is mandatory.
- Permit charges and Driver charges are as quoted.
- Toll charges will be paid through Fastag by the driver.
